Muffler and tailpipe rotted out

Found these

Currently have the last 15" of original tailpipe tip welded to end of cat. Very very very loud

got my new exhaust sorted out. Found a brand new Walker tailpipe, 12" cherry bomb, and 20" of pipe. welded to the end of my cat.

not as loud as straight pipe, which is good. But still a nice rumble. and anything is better than the crusted out muffler and tailpipe that I removed

not bad for $95 and never having welded exhaust before. only had 3 pinhole leaks when I fired her up. nice and sealed now

now just need to find a pretty exhaust tip and coat the pipe with BBQ paint to prevent early rust demise

Cherry bomb sells nice tips. That's what I have on mine. Just needs a good polishing every year to get the road grime off.

Belt/pulley noises last few days. Finally got my Gatorback belt and new idler pulley. Not sure why was causing the noise, but it's gone. Stinking rust man!

Day of minor, but important fixes and maintenance.

1. Greased all the zircs I could find.
2. Adjusted drag link to recenter steering wheel following lift
3. Replaced e-brake switch
4. Indexed rear driveshaft to chase down a vibration from 30-40 mph
5. Installed Delrin spacers on front leafs to eliminate squeaks over bumps

All minor, but have been bothering me something fierce.

Installed the 05 heads and LED bulbs. Pleasantly surprised by the light quality and dispersal pattern. Hopefully they have a good lifespan.

For $35 I'll test it

Finally got tired of the ugly console. Walmart has a nice looking pleather. I picked up 1/2 yard for $3

Torx 20 for all the fasteners.

Kinda ugly inside

And put back together. Not perfect, but I don't have any spray adhesive on hand. Good enough I think

Nah, she's a 6.8L V-10. I can't afford the stupid high PSD prices. This is my toy/winter rig to keep the Challenger salt free

I am always looking for another PSD. Take a 7.3 or 6.0. Wanna play with turbo again

Those V-10s are good motors, can pass most anything but the gas stations we currently have two of them in duallys.
