Well 15 years of dodging wasps and one finally caught me yesterday. I don't keep epipens any more as they have a very short shelf life and are stupid expensive, so the closest place I figured would have epinephrine was the urgent care in Fuquay. Got there did the paper work and paid the bill. Lady at the counter couldn't understand me, but that's to be expected when your whole face is swollen up and your lips are the size of lemons. However the doc walked by, saw what was happening and got me a shot with in a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later everything is back to normal.

Surprisingly so do I. But I'm usually more careful than that. Anyway it's done and past, just a little swelling left. Won't be wearing any collared shirts for a week or so, but hopefully that's the end of it.

Seems more and more people have been developing reactions to bee stings and other allergies. Pollen never used to bother me. I'm blaming it all on Al Gore and global warming...
Jumping spiders? Tried to get one last night but can of BK lost what ever propellant is used in the can. Can full nothing came out. Another trip to the store.
