George, mine seems to get heavier when I leave it out in the back of the truck. The tools also turn brown.. Not sure what is causing it but it sure is annoying.
Nice and hot today. So staying in side and getting some house work done. Hopefully get most of the day out in the shop tomorrow. I've got a few pieces prepped and ready for primer again, I think, so may do some spraying in the afternoon.
Had a hell of a race, tons of trucks, race started at about 315 (was supposed to start at 230) I was last class of the night. I think I made my second pass about 1120. First pass I screwed up and tried to find another gear that wasn't there, instead N was. Second pass I ran a 7.0xx. First place rapped us with a 5.999 but 2-6th place was 6.5-7.3... not to bad for a old junkyard engine I guess. I'll get some videos up later.

Yesterday I thought was pretty good weather wise as I spent some time in the garage after a little yard work.
Now today is a different story, just walking the dog I don't want to be outside!

The second run reminds me of when a raced at Etown in NJ in the street class. Because we had to run mufflers and they had a noise cut off time we could run late.
It is always good when you can drive it back on the trailer!

Uh oh, did the TV suck you in to TV land?
I got some yard work done Saturday and Sunday, and my Mum came and visited Saturday night, so all in all a pretty good weekend.

nahh watched Jaws at night with the fire scene on when i went to bed... but had fought with the corner tin all day so i never got the roof off so i could fix the under supports... in addition to the tar sealant tape there were 3 other sealants under the paneling i was fighting with.. by time i finished it was getting dark.. Sunday i put tarps over it till i can get back down there next weekend..
