You might also need cancellers but that's not confirmed as I have installed the true hid can bus system on the new trucks, these don't need anything extra, it's all built in.

I hope that helps.

Sorry but now I am more confused than ever. It is unlear to me while shopping on your site how many led bulbs are included with any of the options offered. You offer an led kits on your website for $159.99. Do I need 2 if these kits or 1 to change the headlights completely over to led?

You mention an offer of 50% off to members that are willing to buy the LEDs and give honest feedback/review. This sounds like a great opportunity for those looking to switch to led such as myself. I just need clarification on exactly what I need to get. Thank you again.

The kit on the website is for two bulbs with drivers. You would need two kits for the new 2017 trucks. If you were to buy the lights at regular price you would be spending $300+ and we are doing them at 50% off, not just for the headlights but any other light you might be interested. You also need two sets of cancellers that cost $30 with the 50% off but it's not

You won't need to buy from the regular listings, we can create a promotional listing depending on the lights that you want to try. Let me know if you want to get any other lights besides the headlights and I will send you the link for it to make things easier.

So I saw the site recommends HID for low beams and LED for high. I don't think there is a way to do that on the F250 is there since the same bulbs are high/low? So HID or LED to replace the Halogen bulbs? I thought HID was generally a bad idea unless there are projectors already in place? Does LED have the same problem?

It's referring to when the lows and high are on separate bulbs. I will make sure we word it right to specify that.

You could get the LED kit but our true hid system has a corrected beam pattern and it doesn't need cancellers or harnesses to work. It's completely plug and play, the high beams on the hid system is the standard halogen bulb. We prefer this kit over the " bi-xenon" because it can produce a much better cutoff beam pattern than the bixenon mimic.

The main problem I see on the led kit is that it won't give you a light output good enough as our hid system and we already have members that will receive both hids and leds to test side by side and each at a time to let everybody know how they feel about it. We will also show more scientific tests soon with our lumen meter from different distances and hoping to show aerial shots too with our drone. we just need to line up some trucks which is the hard part right now.

Today one of my customers with the 2017 truck was going the other way on the road around 8 pm( still light out ) and I noticed because the lights were sooo bright I had to take a good look.

You could be one of the most interesting reviewers and could really help us out here both to your sponsor and fellow members.

Has anyone tried the GTR Lighting Gen 3 LEDs yet? According to a lot of reviews, these are simply the best you can buy due mostly to the beam pattern and the TRUE (not fabricated) LUX and lumens that are emitted . Apperantly most LEDs don't emit a great beam pattern blinding oncoming traffic and throwing usable lumens elsewhere and a lot of companies just downright lie about the actual output of their LEDs. The downside, they are would be $480 for the four replacements but in my experience, you always get what you pay for. Most of the cheapie LEDs and even higher priced LEDs performed horribly in some of the tests that have been published.

That is exactly what is happening and I hate when unsuspected buyers fall for these tricks. You can read on ebay now 27500 lumens! lol

Not only a bad led headlight will glare oncoming traffic, it's a major safety hazard, you get a beam just like a FLASHLIGHT which looks just like the high beams that is why buyers can't tell why their high beams suck. You get it?

The "all in one" headlights don't have a true beam pattern adjustment and no driver so it's a matter of driving enough to get them to overheat and cause even more problems.

Please do not pay $480 for led headlights, that is extremely expensive! Or just get them and I will send ours for free for you to compare, I promise we won't jump the price up when we beat them.
