I've been unsuccessful with the high beam as well... I'd love to hear any hints or tips on bulb orientation or anything else to see a change with the high beams.
I've decided to remove the Auxbeam's LED's for now and put the OEM Halogens back in.
Last night while towing the boat home (8000lbs), I got stuck in some extended stop and go traffic following a fireworks display on the lake. After a few minutes of sitting in the slow traffic, the lights individually started to randomly shut down, and turn back on again. I'm 99.99% certain it's the lights going into an overheat protection mode. The light will turn off for 5-10 seconds and then come back on. I'm betting the engine bay is getting too warm without the wind circulation from the truck moving down the road, once you get back up to speed they'll stop. This issue, coupled with the loss of high beam, leads me to go back to OEM for now. It's a shame, the lights really look great and the output is crisp with a nice cutoff once properly aimed. Still holding out hope for a good LED solution to get rid of those yellow lights.
Now I'm kicking myself for not holding out during my search for a truck with the OEM LEDs, one of 2 options I wanted but elected to live without. Oh well...
Unbelievable! I see Hyundais and all kinds of other junkie little cars rolling up and down the road with OEM LED headlights, but to get them on a $50 - 60,000 Ford truck you have to pay an extra $5000.

You saved me 100 bucks and some cussing putting them in.
Going to be sticking with the good old halogens as well. I might look at putting in some sylvania replacements but that will be down the road.
Yup. I like the output of LEDs and while the OEMs seem to be fairly reliable, what do you do with a malfunction? At night? 300 miles from home?
I've replaced many bulbs at a truckstop or gas station as I've always carried spares just for that reason alone. Probably not doing that with LEDs. I think I'll be sticking with the halogens and add aux lighting if/when required.
I have the regular headlights without the led bar in it but I don't like the halogen light. has anyone upgraded them to something different? pictures if possible please!!
