As two headlightdoor / headlightbezel retainer clips were missing from my radiator grille and I might have had to weld them on, I simply went and bent the tabs downwards, made an extension and riveted them on.
Finally installed the Hood Hinge Springs.
I have to admit that I was a little worried beforehand that I might have a few teeth less afterwards due to the preload of the spring.
But it worked all fine.

Today I finished covering the rear interior panels with carpet and fitted them. Then I fitted the seat belts, for which I made bushes on the lathe.
Then, before I put in the new LMC Tepich, I laid fleece on the floor. Does anyone know whether the LMC carpet is cut to fit? or whether it sticks up almost 8 inches on the rear wall of the Cab on purpose?
As I had to repair some rust damage to the lower front Cabcorners some time ago, a little paint work was also necessary here. Old Bondo had to be removed when preparing the paint job.
Unfortunately, this revealed some old damage, the A-pillar had a long kink / dent in the lower area.
As we wanted to apply as little Bondo as possible, I used a dent puller to try and reduce the crease as much as possible.
