First mockup with front Fenders, it seems I need front wheels with less backspace to fill out the front Fenders better, maybe wheel spacers would also be an option.

Does anyone know if the TCI IFS trackwidth is identical to the original trackwidth ?

My understanding is that the kits designed especially for our trucks, at least from the better brand name companies of which TCI should be one, are widened 4 inches from the stock Mustang II front end to accommodate the wider wheel track. Hopefully you didn't get a generic kit that didn't have this modification built into the crossmember.

Happy new year Ladies & Gentlemen.
Started with the interior / inner rear Cab Panels,

the main / middle panel i build in one part, it was a cabinet back panel in it´s first life.

for the corner panels i started with templates from cardboard:

then bought pvc boards,

when I have shaped the plastic panels I will cover everything with carpet.

Yes i'm pretty sure some of you may be thinking "silly question" but i'm actually wondering... is that how it should be? That you can see the wires to the headlight in those gaps? ...Or have I routed the wires wrong?

You actually have the rad support panel on incorrect , it should be over the front fenders , not underneath !
And i ran my headlight wiring along behind the grille .

I have a 54 so there might be a difference. Isn't there a hole in your air deflector with a rubber grommet for the wires to come through?

And I it should be able to run behind the grille and be hidden.

That's the way my wires were run.. I believe your radiator valance should be mounted above your fenders too, not as you have them mounted..

I drilled out a hole and used a rubber grommet for the harness to pass thru on drivers side then ran harness under radiator support and came out on passenger side, it blends in with semi gloss paint

My 55 radiator valance had a couple of wire clips on it, to hold the wires crossing over from the left to the right.

I replaced them with rubber covered stainless steel electrical clips that look much better and protect the wires much better.

Yes, that's what it looks like and since the clips are in the upper radiator valance to route the wires there, it´s probably the correct way. It's particularly noticeable here because the air deflecotors are painted in a light color, so I would probably better have painted the air deflecotors black to make the wires less visible.

underneath are the clips

I have now also corrected the assembly sequence here.
