It seems your Calipers are in the same angle than mine.
The droped spindles doesn´t matter.
You have no visible steering stop? So the steering stop must be inside the rack, right !?
Is there a chance you measure the steering travel?

I believe the steering stop is in the rack, from lock to lock it is 2 1/2 full turns

Hey Jim,
do you have a Photo from the rear of your IFS, where the swaybar brackets are attached to the crossmember?

Sorry for the delay, I was not home most of yesterday. Here is probably the best pic I could find.

One other thought. Does it hit on both sides or just one? If just one, did you center the steering rack before installing it.

If I recall correctly the process is to pick a point on the rack with the rack turned all the way to one stop, take a measurement front one threaded end to the point you picked on the rack, then turn rack to the opposite stop, take measurement from the same threaded end you started with to your original point on the rack, subtract the two measurements and divide by two and set the rack to that measurement which should be center.

A difference I noticed between yours and mine is I have a bracket on the lower control arm for the swaybar for mounting where yours actually has the swaybar mounted to the bolt that holds the shock absorber in place on the lower control arm from what I can see in your pictures

Thank you very much.
That's interesting...your crossmember has extra outriggers downwards to be able to mount the brackets further down. In contrast, I had to mount my Swaybar mount above the A-arms.

Yes thats a difference. But i don´t think thats the Problem because the steering arm hits the swaybar and additionally the Caliper hits the coilover.
I now go check how many turns i have from lock to lock... i´m pretty sure it was more than 3.

I have 2 1/2 turns also.
Have any of you ever installed these steering travel limiters?

After watching a Youtube Video how the Steering Rack Limiter Stop Spacers to install and how they work it was easy to fabricate them by myself on the Lathe...
first try:

...didn´t work perfect, so
2nd try:

turned the spacers from plastic, that worked perfect for me.

Outside to outside of your frame should measure 34 inches and square up and down. Does your frame still have the transmission cross member in it? Your frame rails could be twisted some..

If I remember correctly, the lower leg of the frame profile is longer than the upper one, this must be shortened, nothing else.
