which, if any connectors are unplugged for your egr?
is it the same amount of power in all gears? how much if any boost does it build?
Ive had a limp happen 3 times in a little over 4k miles, 2 of them were caused by me having something un plugged that i shouldn't, the other, i never got a cel or a notification of any kind. I re-loaded the tune and everything went back to normal

All EGR components are intact and plugged in. It is same power throughout all gears. Won't build any boost. I was thinking a reflash would get it going, but I didn't have time to mess with it this morning, so I jumped in the road car.
Keep us posted! Curious to see if your mpg, throttle tip in, timing etc etc changes with the different calibration.
my tune runs like a raped ape, but the mpg is about the same as stock
you running an ez lynk? I cant believe how quickly tunes load
Flashed it last Wed and drove 100 miles this weekend while doing some heavy towing. All is well. There is a few guys running this scenario claiming better throttle response and no more limp mode. We shall see. I've got a No Limit blocker plate kit laying around I may experiment with. Maybe Kubota can chime in as I believe he is running an EGR delete.
Here is the truck working this weekend. 27,100lb GCWR. Pulled like a champ.
i have been running the to aforementioned egr plugs unplugged for almost 5k miles now. I have never noticed or felt a difference in the way it runs as far as power or throttle response goes.
I used the 1st pyro from the dpf in the blocker plate as mentioned, but when it is plugged up it sends the truck into limp(8 psi boost max) in anything past 1st gear. (no codes were thrown). Took me a few miles of pulling over plugging and unplugging items to troubleshoot that one.
I also found the throttle valve cannot be un plugged(as instructions say) by trial an error early on, it actually throws the code mentioned above and wont boost past 23-24 psi. Hopefully soon the kits will come with instructions that pertain to the 17+ trucks so guys wont have to go thru this. You also do not need the two large hose clamps, nor the coupler that comes in the kits, just eliminate one of the factory t's and you need 3 5/8" hose clamps to reuse the other.

nice load youve got there UGA
pulled a good one with my ride the other weekend, pulls like a dream
edit, maybe these guys claiming better throttle response and no limp mode have been running around with the throttle plate un plugged?
Mine has about 3000 code free miles since the EGR cooler fell off, almost 6000 since the first stuff fell off.
Thanks for being involved in the R&D for deletes. When my warranty is out and my emissions stuff starts to fail, it's guys like you and josh who went through the gauntlet to make sure we do it right! Anyways, thanks again.
It is my pleasure, I get enjoyment out of stuff like this, Trying to help everyone out who may want to go this route, or may be having issues, since there is so little info out there.
wish i was more tech savy, thats where the real r&d is at
Little modification today. Added the WeatherTech visors. Very clean/low profile look. Easy install. Also gave her an oil change and a bath. Love this truck (and color!).
