I'm still surprised when I see dealer decals on the paint of brand new vehicles. Sometimes I'll see a stick-on chrome plastic dealer badge on cars and trucks. When I lived back East I always told the dealer: NO decals or badges or anything else on the vehicle.
I'd like to hear what they're going to do to prep the chrome front bumper for painting. You're doing what I want to do and you're doing it on the best color Magnetic. Thanks for posting!
The 5" Flo Pro will be the straight pipe. It is a full downpipe back system. Hurry up and get your truck on that weight loss plan
Awesome, id like to hear it in person, Let me know if you need a hand.
i have a 40" 4" Donaldson left over from my cummins days i was thinking of using if my factory resonator didn't tone it down enough.
I was planning to cut some fat this weekend, but looks like only the ezlynk is showing up this week, the hard parts were drop shipped
Off to the races buddy. Good start. When I pulled the dealer stickers I also pulled the 4X4 stickers on the rear fenders. Looks are subjective but I think it looks a lot better without stickers.
Talk about removing factory stickers...
I removed the huge "digital mud" decals from both sides of my Ford Raptor - that took some time and it was a costly extra option (that I didn't order). I don't like stickers and decals...
What did your egr kit come with? I am a little confused if i need hose or not.
I dont have any instructions with mine.
I'm not deleting the EGR cooler just yet. Some trucks are having issues when the connectors are unplugged and the cooler is missing. It is affecting VGT function. I'm holding off on a cooler delete.
It will make an appearance or two this fall in Athens
We keep a camper over in Bulkdog RV park on east side of town. Message me here if you're going to be over that way. Always happy to share food and drinks!
Rocket removal went well today. Had to work through a little tuning bug Friday, but was ready to go in no time! Removal on the 2017 trucks is a lot easier than the 11-16 trucks thanks to a lot more space. All sensors between the frame and exhaust are really easy to access. Bolts on downpipe are easier to get to. Just an all-around pleasant job.
Truck lost a little low end "umph" at initial throttle tip in. This was known going in. Once custom tuning gets going full steam, it will be addressed. Top end is there and then some! May be running a muffler after my towing trip to Savannah this evening. Drone is really bad. My 2012 wasn't anywhere close to this bad running the exact same setup. I'm gonna work out some theories I have and see where they lead. All in all, really happy with it!
