Missing injectors, could be FICM
Glop Plug Module and bracket
Glow Plug cable to the battery
Valve cover and oil fill tube.
I don't think there is anything to do except make sure the pipes and plugs are the updated version as they are not serviceable, just change them out, that's all you can do.
I did not realize that everyone gets a copy of my unedited version of the post. I am writing this of my own free will and I feel terrible for what I said b/c after I got in touch with Ed, everything was solved. He was on vacation which is why he could not get back to me. He did nothing to wrong me and in fact tried to do nothing but help me. Which is why I immediately changed my post, but the old post was sent to everyone. Please disregard what I wrote, I would not want to give him a bad name to anyone. Like I have said previously, he is one of the good ones. And he was very hurt by what I wrote and I feel terrible. Unfortunately though, it was not the ficm, I have other issues. I will update everyone when I figure it out.

I gave you a few things to try when we spoke as a further means of trying to help you out. Let me/us know what comes of that and we'll see if we can't get you loving your Powerstroke 6.0 again!
