Been really nice here in my cave all day, no wind, rain, hail, sleet or snow, occasional cat fart but nothing that I can't deal with. Now that everything has found its spot on the floor and the pool racks and scoreboard are on the walls its time to put up the wall candy.

Had to remove some wallpaper in order to put up some pictures, there's really people that nail on wallpaper, guess that's easier than dipping the wallpaper in water before putting it on the wall.

Its a bit weird having to remove a dozen bent over finishing nails in order to take off a 6" wide piece of wallpaper border, the ends and a couple of small spots were stuck on but the rest was nailed on. There was glue on the paper so its obvious that it was deliberately done this way. It'll be nice to finally have the basement done so that it can be fully used, I've got a work shop area that needs to be set up for soldering and small projects. Also have a bar table to make using the front bumper from my 54 Mercury car.

Our basement is finished but since the kids left we mainly use it for storage and the laundry room is down there. There is a guest bed seldom used but comes in handy when needed.
Not much of any highlight today Steve, mainly watching the wind blow the snow around. We didn`t get a lot of snow but there are some decent sized drifts in our yard.
How was your day Steve, did you work this evening?
