Good morning everyone, just finished cleaning off the vehicles and blowing out the driveway again. It's hard to say how much we got this time because of the drifting. 1 thing that helps in this case is that it wasn't a deliberate act but what will make it difficult is deciding how to judge the negligence and consequences. The driver will decide his own fate but a lot of people will always think he got off to easy.

Happy Hump Day Mornin'all. That driver's boss is in a lot of trouble. He'll be seeing Jail time too. A related scenario happened in Ontario a year or so ago. The owner of the company pushed his driver's beyond the hrs of service rules, and was implicated. He got a big jail tern, and fined heavily. Have a great day guy's.
