If this box turns out better than the two I have then I might sell them both John.....if I don't make a matching trailer. Heavier welding like trailer frames I can fake my way through.

This fuel that we have nowadays evaporates from the carb faster overnight than the old fuels from when everything was carburetored, it also gunks up in the float bowl. Hopefully a good cleaning will help with the way it runs.

It not only evaporates way faster, it turns to real nasty varnish at the bottom of the carb....got to love progress, not!

Its a good thing that this is the 2150 2 bbl carb, probably the easiest one there is to clean up and work on.

If this doesn't work I'll replace the filter at the carb as it may be blocked by varnish

That's what I always start with now. One time a fuel pump that put out way too much pressure, we couldn't figure out why the carb kept flooding.

I always make sure I put premium gas in the tank at the end of the season and a bottle of Seafoam and run it through the system. My panel I always burn premium

That's great idea John. I use premium in the Mustang and the 64 XL. Do you use an zinc additive in the oil?

I have to have full choke and pump the gas lots to get the F600 to start, once it warms up well it`ll run without the choke.

I`m worried about wiping out the cam since zinc was removed from engine oil.
