Happy Sunday Mornin'al. Doing some cut'n'buff on Jordan's University beater. Dawn, and Kalan are on there way home from Fargo, ND hockey tourney. Apparently we sucked, lol. Weather looks good here for another week. Have a great day guy's.
Bought them out of Texas, they were cheap only $15 US
That's pretty decent John, are they heavy vinyl?
Hello Steve, are you having a quiet Sunday?
Hello Ian, so far it's been great.
Can`t win them all Grant. Weather looks good for the coming week here too.
Smooth tailgate, it was too pricey for the raised letters but might buy one some time down the road. These letters will do in the meantime..
That price is current on the scrap, I googled it https://www.chromeemblems.com/produc...umbers-style-3
Bummer, if your`s wasn`t already painted and shipping wasn`t so costly I'd love to swap for your plain tailgate. It would work better for putting some type of Mercury lettering on mine which I'd try to get made up.
I know where a Mercury tailgate is and I keep bugging the guy every time I see him to sell me the truck that goes with it. I know that he will never restore the truck , it's a 53. The has a pile of tailgates behind his garage..I had a Ford tailgate but it seems to have grown legs and walked off somewhere years ago
I don't know about that Morris.. I thought about getting another seat for the truck so I could get the drivers seat repaired .. the seat was about $75 and shipping was $200. That was the same for several seats I looked at..
So shipping is crazy expensive in the US too? I don`t know why but most American companies won`t mail something they can but insist on shipping it which really drives up the cost way up to Canadians.
