Spent the day watching the races, I get tired of being outside 6 - 8 hours a day in this weather doing the same thing all day but at least I'm almost done rearranging the yard.
I'm waiting for my insurance company to finish this demutualizing procedure so that I know how much the shares are worth and how many that I'll have Morris. If I'm not worth jack squat I'll go to TD and get my insurance from them if its cheaper.

A nasty start to Oct with the ground being white this morning, thankfully it was all gone in a few hrs.
Hopefully the shares are worth more than the paper they`re printed on Perry.
I`m not sure that a shift into the southern hemisphere would be a good thing Steve, unless you like real hot weather.
