No snow accumulation here Morris but that might change this next week, we have a high of 2 and a lot of negative temperatures for the next 10 days. The weather weenies say that we're averaging 14 degrees below average for the last month and that its not going to change anytime soon.

Thanks for the up date Perry. We had just a few wet flakes yesterday after noon nut didn`t really amount to anything. Same here temp wise for the next two wks with barely above day time and night time slightly below freezing, no harvest or Indian Summer weather insight.

All winter it's heated, so is my garage where the pickup will be parked. I had the pickup appraised last week and picked up the papers today, seems I had it under valued..lol

My 24 X 40 shop is well insulated but the 16 x 10 bi-fold doors don`t seal very well, I only use it in a pinch.
What`s it valued at? Prices have really gone up in the last few yrs.

Our temps have been a lot lower than normal here too. It had rained last night and was snowing a little this morning but not sticking. Down the highway there was places with a good dusting of it on the shoulders.

I`d hate to pay your insurance premiums with your 56 valued at $74,450 John. What is your other 56 appraised at?
We haven`t seen normal temps since the very beginning of Sept, it`s been way below normal since then.
