I'm a caffiene addict, 2 - 3 pots a day.
The day starts in a few minutes with a house viewing then off to buy a engine hoist if it's still around.
I stick with the cheapest I can get as long as it's name brand, all trips to the store are based on whats on sale, cupboards and freezers are packed. Carrying on a family tradition as my grandparents went through 2 wars and the dirty 30's.
This has been a creative day so far. The viewing went good, place isn't fancy but the landlord prefers me over the others that showed up, long term renter in the area, retired yet employed, only assocciate with sober people, not a pot head or drinker, she's not a Calgarian, these things do come in handy once and a while. The garage needs the 230 rehooked up, has an I beam for pulling motors, could use more lights which I have and can put a tenant in downstairs if I decide to buy a stove, probably won't happen.
Picked up an engine hoist for $75, needs bolts and 4 castors, will be using it for unloading my heavy tools and parts, will be nice having a hoist at each end of the move.
