It was a nice evening this way also, the chill didn't come in until 9. Tomorrow is supposed to be a warm one also and then it goes back to normal which is low to mid teens.
It did get a bit chilly about 9-9.30 but it was getting dark so it was time to come in anyways.
I`m going to have to waste a nice day tomorrow in town doing errands.
Tomorrow I get to flush out the tank thats going in the truck and install it. Had to correct the PO's fuel line brain fart and put in the last 2 seat bolts now that the tank was out of the way. Hopefully this cures my fuel delivery problem and I can get caught up on a few jobs that need to get done.
Your gas tank is has the behind the seat Perry? Got to love previous owner`s screw ups....not!
Nice weather always makes time fly by Gerry, after Christmas it seems to really drag. I find that weekends always fly by Grant.

There goes your summer Perry, hopefully it`s not a wet summer so they can get it done quickly.
Turned out to be the neighbor 2 doors down hammering out his pad but served notice to what next week is going to sound like. The city is doing infrastructure work to prep for the bus lane expansion next year on our stretch of the road. 2 years of construction coming up, oh wow.
This is the in frame auxillary tank, the new one appears to be a bit bigger than the old one was, the tank straps weren't long enough and the tank was tight in place. Nothing that longer bolts and a tank extension couldn't take care of.
A friend said that we hit 30°C here today too, a perfect evening for a fire pit session but I was stuck replacing the broken jack on my car trailer.
We had two years of screwing around on our highway off ramp, it could have been easily done in part of a summer.
With that in frame auxiliary tank you should be able to cruise across town a few times Perry.
Ford only calls it an auxilliary tank, most gen 6 trucks have the rear tank and thats your main. On the dually f350 its a limp home tank as most people have a 50 gallon saddle tank hanging off the frame. These things are only 18 gallons but the one that I put on is 2 or 3 gallons bigger, it came off a f350 srw and they have the bigger tank but not by much. Will put in some petrol tomorrow and see if the problem is fixed.
