I still want a motorhome but in no big rush right now. We have a motel room at the beach and at Disney so big hurry. I probibly won't start looking again till after I have the Lightning paid off.
Worked on the Jeep today. Replaced the 4wd shift cable. Started on the PS pump and pressure hose. Pump was easy. Some engineer had his head up and locked on the hose. Put a support clamp under the headlight bucket. To get to them had to pull the grill, the headlight, the bumper cover and the grill support.
The ones that design them are not the ones that have to fix them. They have been trying for years to get it so that the backyard mechanic can't do anything on vehicles. Most dealership profit comes from the repair shop.
It is totally dead at the shop so I am taking tomorrow off since there is little to no work to do right now. I am going to finish up the new flooring, everything except the edging. I think we are about 75% percent there now. My wife will be glad to have it down and the furniture back in the living room instead of scattered between 3 rooms. We finished for the night just in time as the rain is starting to come down.
Sounds like you may need to invest in a step ladder Chief.
Well, I can say with pride that we finally have a new President. Now lets see how well he does on his promises. I believe a lot of people will be happy once he gets started. God Bless him, and his family.

Just watch the television, they'll explain everything you need to know or, consult with your grade school age children, they will be more than happy to point out the numerous reasons that make you the horrible person you are..
I am also glad we have a new president, I had it on the TV all day as I was working on the flooring. My helper was not so helpful the last few days, I would say I'm 99% there and will finish it up today. I just have to finish up around the stairs. My mother in-law is ready to come back to Georgia and wants to fly me up next weekend, load her stuff in a u-haul and drive her back.
Staying with us till she finds a place of her own.
Radar shows a huge patch of rain coming. Looks like an inside day for sure. Tornado watch for Randolph county.
Bob,
I have a step ladder and may need to use it when I try to wash the roof of this beast. Waxing it will also be a chore for sure. I drove it Friday night to run my helper home. It reminds me a lot like driving my MATV in Afghanistan because it sits so high.
