Happy New Years everyone !!!
I hope everyone is doing well and has a happy and prosperous new year. Everyone here is sick so no one stayed up till midnight. I am so stuffy and spent most of yesterday in bed, I hate being sick.
Bob it looks like to me the Lincoln is very fixable.

Happy New Year to the Georgia Chapter. There's been a lot of sick people the last two weeks. Came home last Tuesday early, laid down, and slept for four hours. Today is the first day that I felt like doing anything, but I will wait until tomorrow.
They were supposed to start on the Lincoln this past Friday, so hopefully we will get it back soon.

Funny thing is Friday I was fine and working my butt off at work. Saturday I woke up and felt like I had been run over, and I still do. I know I will not be 100 percent by Tuesday but I hope to be at least functional.

Happy New Year everybody. Fortunately everyone here is heAlthy at the moment. Started the year off right by picking up a set of west coast style mirrors for the 77 off of craigslist. Getting everything together for when I can start restoring it. I can't wait.

I am feeling better today, my eyes don't feel like they are about to pop put of my head. With the rain coming down there is little to nothing to do so I went ahead and reserved our room and bought the tickets for our Disney World Trip. I got a great deal with my military discount for the 4 of us. 7 days 6 nights for the room on Disney World property, tickets and food. There are a few more add on things I am going to get like the memory maker photos and the in room celebration.
We decided not to stay at the shades of Green. The room would be bigger but it is kinda plain so we got a room at the Disney All Star resort instead I went ahead and bought the dining plan so I could make sure that my son gets to eat breakfast with Mickey Mouse. That's the only way to make reservations as the character dining fills up quick without the dining plan.

Ok Ok both of us,
We have taken vacations before but they have been rushed. But we have never done a big blow out vacation. I am blessed to finally be able to plan a super nice over the top vacation and just have fun and not worry about money. I was frugal with the room and tickets and didn't go super nuts but it will be super nice.

I have never stayed in a Disney Resort before so it will be super fun. I have the Beach trip in April done and now I have the Disney trip booked. Waiting on Shades of Green ticket office to get back with me to finish my ticket order. It was easier to order them thru them than go to Ft Benning. The ITT there was only open during the week and didn't have any 5 day tickets yet. I also have the Magic Bands all ready ordered.
Yes I am a big kid at heart and can't wait to see the look on my kids faces when we get there.
