Yeah, this town is full of bad shops, so it's always great when you can find a good one. I have a mechanic I trust, but I haven't been in to see him for more than a year, which i suppose is a good thing. With my luck, he'll probably be out of business by the time I need anything.
It's been really quiet in this thread, I hope everyone has been busy enjoying the good weather. Looks like we have at least a few days of it left, and I'm going to try to spend a lot of my time outdoors if I can.
I'm using the weather to do the bodywork on the 78 F350 dually that I picked up last month, have to kill time until I find a spring made from unobtainium. Never knew that a flat coil spring for my 2nd gear synchro would be so hard to find, may be going to the truck wrecker down the street.
Here's my new toy, not a Ford but the F150's hurt me when I drive them so I went with something I knew I found comfortable. Didn't want another Superduty this time.
Has a few Ford lines on it, as long as it's a good vehicle, what more can you ask for.
Doper down the street got shot by his doper friends, hope the new tenant is better than this one was.

Looks like a lot of white vehicles on that street...
Yes, one white dodge is missing, guy across the street from me has a white ranger, white civic also lives at my house. Popular colour round here! My work van is also white haha.
I'm such a fanboy that I can't imagine buy a new truck that wasn't a ford. I did drive the GMC last summer, but it felt dirty the whole time, and not in the good way.
I guess these days I don't have a ford in the fleet, or a truck for that matter, so the fact that I'm still hanging around probbaly proves my fanboy status.
My trucks al wind up looking the same, black with white bandaid stripes. Even the cube vans I've had wound up looking the same, they all had the 73 - 79 dent down the side, even the 1990 that I bought new
I haven't owned a Ford since 2013! These Titans are really quite nice to drive. Lots of power, very comfortable seats, YUGE back window that rolls down. Downfall, very small gas tank 98 liters. Wish I had a 135 liter tank. Yuge backseat as well. Towing capacity a little lower at 9500 lbs but I don't think I'll buy a trailer much more than 6500 lbs so I've got lots of room there. Truck is MINT so hard to pass up.
