ALBERTA CHAT - FALL 2016!!!

Well another Season is apon us, and it's seems the Farmers Almanac is Already Kicking into Gear with these Chilly Mornings.

It's also Turnaround Season for Most of You. So I Hope Everyone is Playing Safe and Staying Warm these Frosty Mornings.

On the Truck Side of Things, My 92 Has had maybe 1 full Tank and a bit This Year before I threw the tarp in the ole girl.
As the Saying Goes, No Rest for the Wicked.
I've been blessed I have not seen a downturn in Work.

Plan on Ordering my Lowering Kit for the 14 here within the week.
Planning on a 3.5/5.5 so I will Post some Pics when I start into it.

Otherwise I Wish You all Well and a Happy Fall Season!

Get to those few Car Shows Left!

Happy Autumn gentlemen, ladies, and all the rest of you rabble. I'm slowly getting the yard ready for that next season, but I'm not making much progress. It's more fun to take out all the summer stuff than to put it away.

What's that cost ya? If it's a small system, you can do it yourself with a mid-sized compressor. But the larger setups require quite a big machine. The guys who blow out the irrigation at the condo near me have a big trailer mounted unit that they rent from Rogers or somewhere like that.

$68.50 including gst. Need more volume than I have available with my compressors. Few years back I worked in oil safety, specifically breathing air. Back then I would have been able to bring a couple cylinders over to my house and do my blow out like nothing but for the price I pay not worth it anymore.

I could look in to buying some old tanks and fill them up to do it myself but I'm only planning on being here for one more fall season so really not worth it there either.

Also seeing as how I am gainfully employed I am able to help keep our economy rolling, as little as it is haha.

Warm enough today that I'm working to cool the house off for bedtime. I guess I won't have to worry about that soon . . . .

Hope everyone had a nice friday.

I`m not happy about what the Farmers Almanac is predicting for this winter, hopefully they are wrong.

I generally find the farmers almanac is out to lunch most times, in this area anyways, usually the opposite of what they predict...lol

I don't check the Almanac anymore. But for interest, what's it's saying for us Albertans?
