He Josh, Shari is still passed out, but I'll find out what is going on for today after she is up. I'm about to go out and replace my new faceplate that I bought with the new stereo. The thing won't go to different functions like it is supposed to do. I can't change the time or the date, color display, nada.
The stereo has been half a pain in the butt. But, Crutchfield does have a great tech support, and the had the new faceplate here the next day.

Y'all behave.

Bob, no rush here. The smoker is on it's third hour going strong, however two hours into raking the front yard I am realizing that this desk job has made me lazy.

I've been in the driveway fighting with this $225 face place adapter thing for the new stereo. In the truck right after 9 this morning. Just quit on at and it's after noon. Three hours later and trying different things that tech support has had me try, including put the factory radio back in, set everything, then re-install the new stuff. Done that TWICE this morning. And the menu function still doesn't work. So I can't set the time, date, and different Sync functions.
A call has been placed to the company and hope to hear something back Monday. If it can't be resolved the face plate goes back.
By the way, avoid Metra brand stuff!

I did finally get everything finished on my stereo today. It took 5 hours, and I don't even want to think about the phone calls to two different company's.
Ended up that the company "Metra" that makes the face plate I have, doesn't include a few things on their instructions.
After having to install the factory stereo a few times, I do have it all working. Beer has been had and my neck is full, and still have a headache....

Good to hear Bob.

The pork came out wonderfully as did the beans and the kielbasa from the smoker. The beer brewing buddies ended up getting tied up today with other things, and Bob got tied up with a VERY simple radio install so alas I had to eat BBQ by myself. I tell you, it's hard eating a 9 lb pork shoulder all alone, but with a little left over, I managed.

Over all it's been a great day, and I'm plenty sore from the yard work, which is only about one third of the way done. Too bad about getting to the truck bed. I'm sure if I could get 3 or 4 together, we can have that thing ready for primer in just an afternoon. Perhaps I should plan ahead next time.

Hope ya'lls day was as relaxing as mine...

Josh if you want to get on the truck bed tomorrow half way early, let me know. I really need to get Ka'Bluey out and stretch his legs a bit.

Appreciate the offer Bob, but I woke up to zero water pressure this morning, so looks like I'm putting on my plumbers cap and crawling up under the house. Then I've got to run to Cary for an errand, then hoping to hit WF and see Mary a little bit tonight.

Gotcha, I hope the water pressure isn't something bad. Maybe just some work being done in the area.

Im on a well, and these old copper pipes are getting really thin. Most likely just sprung a leak.

EDIT:

Spoke too soon. No pressure at the tank under the house. Closed off the valve at the tank to the rest of the house, and cycled the well pump, and still no pressure. Now to figure out if it's a pump, pressure switch or tank.

Time to learn something about well's and well pump's I guess.
