I just called the dealer and they weren't much help. I talked to the guy who runs the customization shop across the street and he's done hundreds of lifts and levels and had never changed the track bar bracket in any of the short levels. He said he only changes out the bar or bracket when the truck lifts 4 inches or more. He was aware of the axle movement towards the drivers side but said that just hasn't been a problem in his experience.
He's still waiting for a 2017 to work on. There's one coming in next week and the customer ordered a, wait for it... 2 inch level! He's planning to do what he's always done. Spacers and an alignment.
That seems cheap for a full track bar. Also, we don't know for sure the height difference between the HD suspension and non. If it's two inches difference, that could be another solution. This is the problem with being first out of the gate Cutter. No one has figured this stuff out yet.
Ok guys got the 2" RC leveling kit installed, had the alignment checked before and after the kit.. Here are the specs. I'm going to drive it over some rough roads with the stock tires to see how it acts, may have to add a 2.25 caster shim to get it back up into the 4's.
Before level,stock from ford.
After 2" RC leveling kit
Tires are going to be installed tomorrow and I'll post some pics.. Went with some 35 12.50 20's in the Toyo RT's..
Cutter, this is absolutely awesome information. The before and after alignment data confirms that the caster needs to be adjusted. It's not intuitive that it would change just due to a leveling kit but the data shows it. You should be able to notice that the steering feel has changed. Does the steering wheel return to center after the level?

Thanks Epic, send a few reps out.. I'm going to drive it more in the morning on my way out to a slab pour tomorrow and will check it more then..
Where should I be able to get a few 2.25 caster shims by chance?
Trying to get some measurements from the guys with the snow plow or camper pkg track bar lengths. Hopefully we can get a stock replacement that will work.

You won't be using shims on a coil spring truck. Shims are for leaf sprung trucks.
You need bushings and longer lower arms to put it back to factory specs. You axle has also been pushed rearward as well as off to the side.
With caster half the factory spec any play in your front end will make the wheels wobble like an old shopping cart.

Ricohman your right, was a LONG day at work. Meant bushings and no I don't need longer control arm's as you say...
What's needed is a slightly different track bar and some 2.25* caster bushings.
Let's see some pics rut. Mine is supposed to be delivered tomorrow and I don't know if I'm going to level this one. I did my 09 and I've seen several others run 35's without any lift. I actually kind of like that better. I'm a little concerned that the take of the 350 will need a little leveling. And you're right. You don't need longer control arms or really a drop bracket. Certainly they'd help, but neither are a necessity.
