Here's a kit that covers most of the components but I have zero knowledge as to quality. This kit gives the option to keep the factory shocks but I think I will be replace them with Bilsteins pretty soon anyway. The caster bushings can be provided by the alignment shop.
I'm considering going this route myself when I get my '17, although I think I might opt for an adjustable track bar rather than the updated mount, that way there is some adjustment in aligning the axle depending on how the truck sits after the spacers are put in.

The adjustable bar is the only way to make it perfect. The bracket will get very close but it can never be perfect. But even the very cool Carli adjustable bar has its weakness if it is not torqued properly. I saw a video of the bar bolt moving inside the OEM mounting position. There was about an eighth of an inch of play which completely defeats the purpose of the rigid bar.

No doubt it can happen. I have the Carli track bar and while I haven't had any issues with the bolt in the bracket, I have had to replace the mount to the axle, I believe it's a ball joint of sorts that's pressed into the axle.
The Explorer Pro Comp EXP62245 kit is the number that 4 wheel parts company headquarters sent for my 2017 F250 4x4 leveling kit I noticed on the confirmation email. That is the same kit and number that fit the past 2005-2016 models according to the website but after talking to the company on the phone they assured me that this kit fit the current aluminum body new framed 2017 SD as well. It looks to be a 2.5 inch metal spacer leveling kit with shock relocation brackets but nothing addressing the track bar. Just a heads up for those wanting to do spacers now.
I installed a 2" Bilstein leveling kit (full replacement springs) on my 2015. My axle stuck out approximately 5/8" further on the driver side. I added an adjustable track bar from PMF. It is a beast compared to the factory track bar, and it brought things back to center perfectly.
