Middle long drive cel

Got a cel and don't have a scanner I'm currently in the middle of the desert put the truck into engineering mode and saw dtc c46282, would this cause the cel and anyone know what the code is for? Thanks all

What about a little info about your truck? Year would be a good start. Not sure if the DTC is correct. Usually one letter and 4 numbers, not 5. Also, know of no DTC that begins with C.

The DTC codes shown in the engineering mode in the info display are for the gauge cluster not for the truck. You can't get the truck codes unless you are plugged into the OBD port under the dash.
