A little help Reading Codes?

I did a KOEO test on my 95 150, I think I got the codes 111, 111, 125, 136, 615. I am not sure though. Can someone confirm/deny this? Heres the video of the codes being sent. I used a Sunpro CP 9015 Code Reader.

I'm seeing 111 twice for the continuous codes, then 172 and 536 twice for the memory codes.
