Works the same for me: Order number, Dealer ID (both on your order) and last name. Then it always tells me they cannot identify any vehicle with that information. Contact your dealer for more information.
I asked the chat lady and she said it sometimes has difficulty because it is still in beta. I was in the f150 forums the other day and back in 2014 they were getting the same response "still in beta." It appears beta is a perpetual state of not working.

The COTUS website is basically void now. It was in beta, never left beta, and ford let it flop.
I talked with one of the chat reps and they said the website won't work for anyone, even with valid credentials. He recommended using chat or calling the dealer to look up orders.
