Cotus website

Does the Cotus website not work?
It's asking for an id and password

Works the same for me: Order number, Dealer ID (both on your order) and last name. Then it always tells me they cannot identify any vehicle with that information. Contact your dealer for more information.

Hasn't worked so far for my retail order. I just use the chat feature on the build page. They've always been more than happy to look up my order.

i gave up on it as well but the Etis website did give me my build date 2 days after it was built.

Im assuming COTUS (as the name suggests) is only for retail orders

I asked the chat lady and she said it sometimes has difficulty because it is still in beta. I was in the f150 forums the other day and back in 2014 they were getting the same response "still in beta." It appears beta is a perpetual state of not working.

Oh man wouldn't it be cool if you could log in track your vin and watch your truck get built via webcams in the factory? It wouldn't be that hard to do and ford would be the 1st...

This post will be proof that I came up with it :P

Great idea but I think the union would walk off the floor.

The COTUS website is basically void now. It was in beta, never left beta, and ford let it flop.
I talked with one of the chat reps and they said the website won't work for anyone, even with valid credentials. He recommended using chat or calling the dealer to look up orders.
