Obtaining an order number

For those of us who recently ordered and have a hard time getting an order number from the dealer to get a status on chat, I have a number to call. If your like me and very impatient and like to actively find out your own info it may help.

Customer Relationship Center 1-800-392-3673
Call hours are M-F 8:00-8:00 EST and Sat 8:00-5:00

*You will need the dealer code and order confirmation at the very least. Only then they can track the status.*

I'm almost sure my order was placed as a stock order even though I ordered a platinum truck with PTO option for VMAC (PTO driven high output air comp) I'm sure this is not your everyday typical order on a Platinum truck, my question is how does Ford know what truck you ordered without that # or a vin?

That's when mine was ordered also. Did you give them the dealer code and order confirmation?

I did, were you able to get your infor when you called?

I was told it's in "order processing" status but could actually be further in status since the system doesn't get updated often.

It is updated every Thursday

I'll check again this Thursday, when I called last week they said I was not in the system.
Funny we ordered the sameday and you are in the system Juniorf250 and I am not.
