I have land and a place to live now. New owners defaulted and now I own it again..... well parents own it, but they want to give it to me. So I might be gone. I will know late this year.
We have 2 acres, out in the sticks. 5 car garage, half upstairs. Nicely built. Insulated and all. Cheap to live

Yes they could. And from what i hear from some of the mechanics in elitist groups tell me is that they have too much work and not enough people. Some are going to get a word in for me in the area and some say with the skills I have I should be able to walk in and take over..

Feed the little man and fell asleep in the recliner with him so I am heading to bed and doing the test in the morning after a pot of coffee and the spider webs are cleared.

The woman will come around. My wife lived in south GA all her life so moving north took a little coaxing. She loves it up here like I do so all is good. Fuel pump for the boat will be here sometime Friday.
3/4 pot of coffee, wide awake and the brain is kicking on all 8 cylinders so I'm getting ready to take the mechanical test before I have to go to my 2 VA appointments.

I looked up some practice tests yesterday and they were mind numbing. Just got done with the real test and nowhere near as bad as the practice tests. I am sure I scored high. I was a lot more worried than I should have been.

Smoked the test this morning so I do a hands on test next week. One appointment done and at the other one now. Midtown traffic is insane, hope to scoot north before the going home traffic starts.

It was for Yancey Bros, the test next week is for them too. Went to my 2 VA appointments and that should be the last of it to finish my packet. I wonder how long until I get a final percentage rating. Sleep test is next wednesday so I may have something else to add to it. Slow traffic on the way back north but at least it wasn't stop and go.
