you are probably getting what rolled through. We got slight rain, thunder, lightning, and wind. Youll get the rain.

I hate winter. Summer im good. Lived in texas, worked outside everyday, then I came to Ga and was the same story. Texas was dry heat, GA is humid heat.

A tree broke last night down by the road during the storm, My neighbor came to the house this morning to inform me about it, So I was busy cutting it up and dragging it off this morning.

I changed the transmission fluid and filter today in the motorhome this afternoon. Crossed my fingers and took it for a test drive and the thing drives like a dream again!!! Posted on craigslist and I have a few people interested but so far I have only one person coming to look at it on Saturday morning.

VA Exam tomorrow morning in Atlanta, traffic, parking, boy that's going to be a ton of fun.

If you can not find parking upfront there is another lot around back.

Do not forget to file for you travel pay. Since it is C&P you will get .41 /mile. When I go to Atl I get about $50.00 it is the same mileage rate

How did the phone interview with Pratt & Whitney go?

I have not heard from the Pratt & Whitney guy since Tuesday afternoon, no phone call, no email. The employment specialist called me and said the railroad is interviewing for a position I applied for on the 11th of next month, I should get an invite.

The VA paperwork says I will get a check when I get done with the appointment.

I think my appointment is with a contractor because the address is not for the VA hospital. I have a few people interested in the motorhome so that's working out. I got a great lead yesterday for a job from the employment specialist, right up my alley.

That make sense about getting the check when you are done. Remember range of motion and everything hurt. The less you can move the better.

Everything hurt, civilian contractor so probably not as strict as a VA doctor, in and out in about 1 1/2 hours and I have a good feeling the rating will end up being pretty good.

We had a little rain and hail for about 5 minutes but nothing bad thank goodness. Waiting for a guy to show up from Atlanta to look at the motorhome.

The man that was coming to look at the motorhome never called or showed up, no loss as I have a guy coming first thing in the morning. I did not sit around to wait on him I went out and mowed most of the grass around the property.

We dodged the bad weather today, maybe 5 minutes of rain a little hail and some wind and it was over.
