Build Progress - VIN's and build dates

is there someone out there who can 'walk' me through this whole VIN-thing? We ordered our 2017 F250 4x4 XLT longbed SuperCab on July 14th, 2016. We were given a Vehicle Order Confirmation with a dealer number, a priority code of 10 & an order number of 1000. Since then ....... nothing. Salesman @ dealership continues to check every THURS for order status/VIN with no results whatsoever. It would be nice to get a VIN so we might be able to start anticipating @ least a build date let alone a delivery date. How does one get to this Ford-chat place to get some assistance? Is there any other way to get some info for a window sticker ..... just something to give us some hope that our vehicle is progressing through the system? Needless to say we are quite envious of those folks who have ordered after we did & have a VIN and/or a build date or even a delivery date !!!!

It may be Thursday before you get anything. That's when ford updates. That's how I got mine. It's been on Friday for me all the way through this vin#,window sticker,build date . Hope that helps

It sounds like ETIS is updating predictably on the day after the truck is built. Mine is being built this week also and I check ETIS daily hoping for something other than 30.11.0002. Supposedly most of the other truck specific data is populated at that time.

I'm in same boat it's supposed to be built this week but nothing on etis yet but have window sticker will see ETA 11-1
