The fuel tank is on the way isn't it? I had the same problem when I installed the SD one, I had to angle the exhaust pipe pointing to the heavens and even like that I had to wrap the exhaust in tire sidewall because there's only a 1/4" between the the tank and exhaust

not really. I had a heck of a time getting it over the axle as its not 4wd.I must have bent the hanger. Ran out of time last night.
I'm not sure how much further this project will go. Tonight may result in this becoming a buddies project. Only time will tell, I have mixed emotions about it..
Well, I guess that I tweaked the exh hangers.I tweaked them and did some adj . still have to hang the tail pipe and hook up to the dp. Diff is in and just needs the brakes bled and shocks bought and installed.
Then on to front and wheel/tire swap.

You will have to let me know when you get it done...I can make a trip for a photo shoot...lol
No Byron, its just an ol rag. Lookin more like the dang rainbow warrior then anything...
Exhaust is done. Hopefully tomorrow brakes bled, shocks installed . still have to bolt the bed down, finish vent mod, bumper, tail lights etc then I guess a few parts will get primer.
My goal is to get all the parts not green already in primer...at the same time finish the mechanical work so the rag is a usable vehicle while Clifford is torn down. Then I will get back on that project..
Front end is all assembled as of last night. Tonight hopefully the rear bumper on and a few odds n ends done.
Sadly i believe i have this sold as soon as im done with it. I have a buddy thats an outstanding body man. He is going to pay me and do all my paint work on clifford. He wants to put a short bed he has on this and 4wd it. He has a 6"lift and sd axles laying around. Its going to have a good life but as soon as im done its gone.
Farming that work out plus getting this project off my plate should help clifford get some BIG time love going on..its gonna get serious!!

Pics coming up tonight or tomorrow of how its leaving...
Progress is going good Aaron. I know those are just words but nerveless words of encouragement. Hang in there! For example, when I'm trying to complete a project I'm all gun ho to get it done. When I'm done I'm bored to death! LOL Just take your time and enjoy it instead of busting your *** to get it done.
