I very carefully removed the doolie fenders. I am terrified if letting these perfect fenders get torn up at all...
I am putting the doolie stuff on Clifford and this will get Clifford srw parts ie bed,axle ,wheels.
Bed off and hope tonight to pull both trashed fuel tanks out.
I hoped they would be ok but nope. Terrible rusty nasty inside.
I have to fix one brake line then power wash and coat . Guess I had better get the engine ready to go in soon!

Looking good, man! Keep the hammer down and pics coming. Just curious, why did you take the doolie fenders off? Just for ease of moving and less chance of dinging them? I thought the plan was a straight up bed swap, no?
