Clamp it up, mark it, drill holes to plug weld the ol gal all together.

I removed the old upper corner reinforcements and plug welded them in. I also stitch welded around them. Name:  IMG_20160904_184007_zpsy3bqnkq4.jpg

Trim the center opening to match the radius of the reinforcements.

The last thing going is the lip. Gasser's it is horizontal. Psd it is vertical to mount battery cable tube
I c-clamped it with two thick flat bars. I had a buddy hold it down and I broke it over. Bam, 800$. Rad support for 115$ sick it to all these rip offs.

Any questions? I'm not the original person to do this, my idea it was not.
If I can help any one I am up for it Please ask. This took me about 3hrs to complete with, drill, grinder, cut off wheel and basic hand tools. My big special tool was my mig welder and spot weld cutter.

Actually I did it in the afternoon. Just posted later. Too many late nights lately. Need to pull back a bit.
I took what I thought were plenty of pics. After putting it all up I feel like I should have taken twice as many.

I plan to paint the inside of the fenders and rad support today.

Sir, I saw the ones you sold bill when they rode here after Louisville. They were nice and I believe you were honest and fair. Sadly some people are willing to take advantage of people and really stick it to guys.
I would love to have a perfect original for my ol rig but poor people have poor ways, just have to work harder, I hear banjos

I think i have 2 or 3 sitting here now. I'm kinda building a 4 door truck right now that I just picked up Arizona truck that I have a 4x4 frame to roll under it. And then "Hopefully" I can start on the shortwide I'll be putting a 7.3 into.
Just trying to decide 5 speed or auto for it

If you sell one, I would someday be interested. Mine is back together but a Lot of fab involved. A good original would be sweet
