The only thing I can think of, other than the MAP sensor that has to come off, is the CAC tube. You'll want a 13mm flex socket to get the valve cover bolts that are next to the HVAC box. Otherwise, you can remove the fender liner and get them from there.

I almost skipped over another thread about glow plugs. Sure glad I didn't. I'll have one of those shim kits before I take my VC's off again for sure.
