I thought you retired folks couldn't get drivers licenses anymore??? Lol
Wait til DVS gets hooked up to your medical records thanks to obamacare. They'll fix that.
Ah, Tuesday... Supposedly it's going to warm up later today. Maybe by the time I go to Axman it won't be cold out? Just cranked the heat up in the shop because 55F is a bit nippy for working. Sure would be nice to open the doors and get some fresh air going.
5 more hours of boredom at the CNC today, then some fabrication time afterwards, and then some errands. Hmm, sounds just like yesterday.
Well I just got new tabs and plates for the Stang. Must be a good day to visit the DMV. But once was a $38.50 bill has now turned into a $58.00 bill.......craziness. We need a flat rate renewal like Wis.

Re: Registration -- MN is about 25% of what they get in AZ..
Yep, that you park a vehicle here doesn't mean they're entitled to more money from it. Of course I'd rather they charge us $5 once a year instead of adding another sales tax on fuel that would balloon into some significant inputs.
None of that chit in Crow Wing County. I can't wait to move up there and leave the metro behind.
I really like my neighborhood right now, but I'm tired of being in suburbia.
Up North it pisses me off that I can see the yard lights on the neighbors cabins when the leaves fall. They're 1/8th mile away - I shouldn't know they're even there!

I just got a street address last year (plat has never been lived on since the Indians). I still don't have a mailbox yet.
But no, I don't register anything up there. Anoka did away with the wheelage, and I don't park the big chevy down here so it'd never get hit with it anyway.
Finally took a pic of Sunday's handy work.
After the rain comes through I need to get the sticker residue off from the Edge stickers on my back window and the powerstroke stickers on the doors.
