I should be back at work tomorrow, tear down some scaffolding at one job site, set up scaffolding at another job site, no demolition or mortar mixing for at least a few more days. Should be a gradual transition back.
Hannah got done with surgery and up to her room about an hour ago. For the first time that I can remember they finished early! Apparently her cord was significantly tethered, but it wasn't difficult for him to release with a laser to remove scar tissue. She's crabby because she can't sit up for three days, but everything seems to be going well.
Fantastic news Tom. Hannah came through the ordeal okay. I'm guessing it's a big relief for the 2 of you. Now the hard part is trying to keep Hannah down for 3 days.
Cold for the next couple of days and then mid 60's nest week. A little peak at Spring.

I thought the same too John. Turns out I was wrong. There's this thing called Precedex...
She's not fully sedated, but she's pretty out of it. Boring for us though. Karri and I twiddled our thumbs and watched Netflix all day yesterday. Hannah wanted nothing to do with anyone.
I checked FedEx and my RV stabilizing system should be here today. Can you tell I have the camping fever?
I took the dogs out at 4:30 this morning and my friend the skunk was lurking. I couldn't see it but it let me know it was around. I guess I'll have to look up some retardants for skunks. I know Newington would not appreciate me putting a 22 shot in the city limits so I will have to find an alternative.
Not sure yet John, Karri and I broke out of there last night. We are heading back this morning. We haven't gotten any calls, so we think things should be good.
We went to a handicap van dealer yesterday on the way out to ask some questions. If she needs a power chair we will need to make some changes, because I'm just not capable of hefting a 250-lb chair in the back of the car. Pretty impressed at how well thought out these conversions are, but man are they expen$ive! It costs about $20,000 to have a conversion done if we supply the van!
