Morning everyone, hope you're all ready for the weekend! Tomorrow we are starting a set of steps in new london. My parents went to florida for a week, so I've been taking and re organizing the garage (again) since they messed it up so bad once more. I've pretty much got the side where all my tools, equipment and bikes are done. I still need to work on the car and do the rear suspension on my moms car. I've periodically been hitting the nuts & bolts back there with liquid wrench since before Christmas so hopefully they will break free this time. I didn't want to snap the bolt that bolts the rear strut to the knuckle, hence the long delay here. I've snapped them before and it's a pain to drill that big of a bolt.
Rusted suspension fasteners suck Kyle, I went through that a few years ago with my old Contour. I was the proud owner of a compressor and impact wrench before that job was through, and I wouldn't attempt it again without one.
Good morning guys. Hope you all have a nice weekend with the family. Remember, next weekend is our gtg at Sliders in Southington. Looking forward to seeing some of you there.
Morning guys, I've been making some real good progress in the garage, I'm out if room in our two town trash cans and the recycle bin now though! They didn't come for pick up yesterday due to the holiday but they'll be there Monday.
Evening guys, I put together a video from part of my tahoe trip this past summer, from the first few days, some intense riding, check it out if you'd like:
