Nice Video on wind noise. My S/C is real quiet- I just checked the corner under the weatherstripping on the drivers door and I see Ford has put tubing in the corner just like your video. The tubing extended about 3" around the corner and then eneded. Aug/15 build. Stange that they wouldnt do that on the Crew Cab.

My buddy's 2015 SCab is very quiet. He may have around 10k miles on his.
Bullit390 I saw your post from last year about wind noise and how you cured it. Would you explain what you mean when you said you added a 3" section to back corner of the door jamb. I am having a lot of wind noise in my 2012 250 and am trying to figure out how to fix it. Thank you.

what size on latex tubing is being used on this video? I have the same problem on 16 250 driver door. Dealer wants me to go to their body shop to adjust the door? Don’t know if that’s going to work? Already replaced window track seal twice!!

Hey Paul, welcome to FTE!
From the description of the video on YouTube: "Use latex or silicon tubing. 3/8th inch outer diameter with 1/16th inch wall thickness"
