I have locked myself out of my truck several times, and now my passenger door is bent out at the top from the airbag pry bar used to get in. Does anyone know of a way to bend the door back into place. I have a feeling that installing a new door seal should help with the noise too.
Get a couple of your husky friends, put a wooden block in the center of the jam and apply even pressure to the top and bottom of the door. They can be tweeked this way to help with your seal. I just had to do this on my 96 F250, cured the wind noise. Good luck and be careful!
Strange, my '95 has a touch of wind noise on the driver side, right in the middle of the A pillar. Door seals all look good, but wonder if at some time someone had done a lock out deal and bent it slightly. Or maybe it's been that way since new and the original owner never did anything about it? Truck only had 60K miles. Only makes noise at highway speeds.
I've thought of using a board and trying to finesse that edge in slightly and see if it helps.
I've done it holding my knee against the door and pulling the top in by hand, too much pressure and you will break the door. ALSO, PUT THE WINDOW DOWN FIRST LOL.

Lots of helpful tips here to fix the door, to keep from bending the door again, manually-open-a-door?
I bent a piece of old grill grate wire to make a piece like that when I locked myself out, works great. I hid mine like I would a spare key underneath the truck.
Also, my door had wind noise from a broken striker/latch pin bushing, fixed temporarily with electrical tape.

Maybe a dumb question but.........Why not just hide a spare key????? LMAO

No such thing as a dumb question, you certainly could/should!
If the OP had done either after the first time, he wouldn't have bent his door, lol.
If you have the tool on hand, you may save somebody else's skin. I think it works on all vehicles with these "wing" windows.
I was at the store when I decided now would be a good time to bend the door back into place. I've got the key in the ignition so I can roll the window down. Go over to the passenger side, put my right hand down by the latch, and pull on the rear corner of the door with my left. Check the fit, rinse and repeat. Get it where I like it for now. Go over to the driver side, roll the window up, hit the door lock button, and close the door. Guess where my keys are. Yep, still in the ignition. Now I get to pull the airbag pry bar out bend the door back out and shove a stick I pulled off a tree in to hit the door unlock button. Thus defeating what I had just spent a couple minutes doing with 20 minutes of finding the right shaped stick to shove through my door.
