I noticed that quite a few 2016 had a slight alignment issue with front driver side door at bottom. 2015 didn't have this gap on any that were still on the lot.
I didnt drive any of them to see if it had wind noise and thanks to this thread the one I did I checked for that before buying at highway speeds.

My 2016 was dead quiet until I turned about 1200 miles.
I added 5/6" 1/16" wall tubing to the driver's side door weatherstripping. Slight improvement, but not much.
The seals just are not designed properly IMHO. Need to be "fatter'.
With the weather warming up I have been using A/C... funny thing, when the HVAC is set to recirculation the wind noise is drastically improved.
The Supercabs seem to seal far better than the Supercrew. My buddy picked up a 2015 SCab and the door is much tighter and doesn't thin out around the upper bend like the SCrew.
Over on F150forum a couple guys insist the striker is adjustable, maybe I'll look more into it tomorrow.

I haven't had time to chase my wind noise, but I've experienced the same thing. If you're in recirc, the pressume in the cabin remains constant. In outside air mode, you're pulling outside air in - placing the cabin in a slight positive pressure compared to the outside atmosphere. This seems to be the reason for the increase in wind noise.
I definitely wouldn't hit the striker with a hammer that just sounds like a terrible idea lol. If that's what a body shop would do - well they're insured.
Which is why they feel they can try stupid things sometimes........which is why issues like this I take care of at home.
I has a Focus with the same issue. Periodically, it seems like, Ford has issues with this. I'm thinking the design department is at fault.
I did the 3/8" tubing mod. It definitely helped but was expecting better. Doors suck to close now almost have to slam them, when you open the doors they pop & jump open due to all the extra pressure on the latch mechanism, & your weather stripping will be short after you reinstall. I think the weatherstrip is too short to begin with. I don't know if there are some adjustments that can be had to maybe help with the popping or that's just how its going to be with the extra tubing in there. I'm at a point where I just don't care anymore & just getting real tired already of trying to find fixes for Fords ooopsies. If someone where to do it I would advise on something smaller than the 3/8". Good luck to you all.

My mods:
1) Adjusted front hinge in 1mm... Helped little
2) added 5/16" tubing... Helped little. No change to door closing
3) Adjusted striker in 1mm... Helped little, door is marginally harder to close.
4) Added 3" section to rear upper corner of door gasket. Boom!

Very Nice thanks. I already did that then. I have a rattle type noise that I am trouble shooting. Kinda like the door and the door seal breaking seal and then coming back together.
