Morning everyone! Raining so I think after work I will take the doors off the cab today. Looks like no out side project stuff for the next week.
My son seems to be getting his life together this week. Cut his hair (had that man bun thing going) Got some dress shirts and pants and even ties. Setting up some interviews for tomorrow with some real estate places. He has worked at Dutch Bros coffee for the last 3 years. Just past his real estate test last week.
Think I may buy a lotto ticket today. Feeling lucky, the son is finally listening to me again.
My biggest joy and stress in life has been my kids!

Glad to hear that about your son. Mine went through a lot of that.....finally got his act together about a year ago....He's 30 now, and finally admits that maybe I'm not the idiot he thought I was. He at least never had the man bun.....for some reason they just irritate me.

Storm warnings and flash flood notices here.....We have had a little rain off and on here, but nothing like they are predicting. The wind came up about an hour ago, but nothing too wild. Calm now. Either the big storm went around us, or it hasn't got here yet.

Hope all weathered the first storm okay.
Made it with out the lights going out. Hope we are that lucky when the next one hits. I need to finish wiring in my new generator then I wont have to worry about the electricity any more. I bought an 11 KVA unit with a 60 gallon tank this summer but weather being nice never hooked it up. Now of course I need a few parts to finish it.

May be tomorrow the weather guesser's are calling for wind gust 85-90 mph.
I'm sure glad when the roof was replaced I was able to talk the landlord into 140mph rated shingles.
