Ok fixed the exhaust leak with a new EGR tube from Dorman. Now that was the tightest nut I've ever pulled a wrench on. I can't believe nothing broke! I broke the old tube off to be able to get a box end wrench on it. Had to remove the tomato can to get more room. It took me hours to get the old EGR tube off but in the end I got the new one on and no more leak! But still have a small shake at idle. I wonder what it is. This truck still has the original spark plugs and wires at 50,000km. Also I suspect a vacuum leak as I only have 13 inches of mercury vacuum at idle. I think it should be over 17 inches of mercury to have a normal idle.
