Had quite a wind come through last night. I guess it's going to be chilly today with rain tonight.
Went to get the truck washed yesterday and drove by Ray's shop. There were some broken cement tubes with spikes. Wondering if it was some type of telephone poles. Just curious.
Got to finish the mulch today and mow the lawn for the first time this year. Not my cup of tea, but I contend with the labor.

Andy, what do you expect from the Democrats. Socialism at it's best. Your guns and then your vehicle. It's the Democratic way to think for you. In their minds your not bright enough to think for your self, never mind work on your vehicle. And remember that people will vote for Clinton, just because she is a woman. Goes to show you that there are idiot that can't think for them selves out there. That's my rant for the day.
I think I'll go start the smoker and smoke some ribs. then work on my truck.
I read about that last night, and it's so far into left field I don't think it's worth another look. They're petitioning Congress because the DMCA wasn't written with cars in mind, and I can't imagine Congress would entertain that. I also don't think the judicial system would entertain the idea that you don't actually own the vehicle you buy and pay for.
I'm thinking this stunt was probably cooked up by someone's corporate lawyer who was bitten by the Good Idea Fairy. They were probably able to push the legal teams of the other manufacturers to get on board. That doesn't mean the good idea has a chance of ever seeing the light of day.
