Well had the roof man over last night and to my surprise he said; "You have a 15 year shingle, and it's now 19 years old and you should get another 5 years out of it. There is environment staining and a few bad shingles. We can wash the roof and replace the shingles with no damage to the roof. Replacement shingles will be a little lighter."
This is going to be a lot cheaper. He added that whatever we are doing keep doing it. Which is nothing on our part. the house is facing west to east and that may be the key.

I'm pretty sure pigs will fly before you come up for a bouncy house. Unless of course I fill it with Tilted Kilt waitresses. That would probably bring you and pretty much every single guy for a couple hundred miles.
Pretty much any weekend typically works for me, but the 7th should definitely be good. We move into the house the weekend before that, so a little breather for us on a Sunday after unpacking would probably be a good thing.
