Me either lol but thanks. First time it happened again, a friend i hadnt seen in a while had asked "still having those electrical problems?" literally 10 minutes before it happened...lol
I do have auto enginuity so i could use that, but i also have a few fluke meters i could use if that is more acccurate...no analog ones though
I don't have AE so I'm not sure what features it includes. If it has a multimeter function (graphing function would be great) and a couple of leads with insulated alligator clips, that would work fine. Accuracy wouldn't be an issue really, unless it's way off from the numbers in the previous post. it's more about opens and shorts and smooth transition from one value to the other.
Looks like 1 and 2 and 3 are slightly off at WOT..not sure if just AE error as the numbers would jump around a little but...
-APP 1 at WOT should be .7-1.2 and im at .57
-APP 2 at WOT should be 3.6-4.1 and im at 4.11
-APP 3 at WOT should 3.1-3.5 and im at 3.61
Think I hit a record today. Like 21 times in a mile, and the distance I could drive went from like a quarter mile...to 500 ft...to 100 ft...to 10 feet...and then it got to a point where even restarting it didnt fix it. Luckily it did after a while though. Have a new throttle pedal on the way so hopefully it fixes it, if not..at least I don't have to worry about it
Not that I know Of. I don't see anything in the truck that would say so and with the amount of work myself and others have done on it...it's never been mentioned. Carfax doesn't say anything either

If Carfax had a hit for flood damage you wouldn't be owning that truck.....
Which is why people cover it up. Hurricane Sandy and Katrina created a lot of flood damaged cars that were kept quiet and resold.
I am just throwing this out there, and I am really not trying to be a dick.
Maybe it is time to have a Tech look at it, rather then loading the parts cannon?

My friend owned the truck during hurricane sandy so I know it wasn't in that lol
I don't know if there was a used pedal put in...he just swapped it with a good one. That could mean it's still the original pedal for all I know. Just think that for the small cost of a pedal it's worthe totally eliminating that. I'm running out of patience with this thing quick
