1. p-2139- app throttle / petal position sensor/ switch D/F voltage correlation difference in sensor reading
2. p-2140 app throttle / petal position sensor / switch E/F diff in sensor reading.
like you said when things get wet readings get wack problem would be wet boot's hitting the app at petal or leak from wind shield dripping on app, the good thing and I'm not going to say it, if the truck is still running good
Update: happened both times it rained last week. Pedal died...and now it doesn't work when you restart it. Usually takes a while to work again. This is so frustrating. Same codes..
Especially on a Super Duty, leaking windshields seem to come up every week in the SD Forum. Maybe pull the A-pillar cover and the driver's kick plate trim cover to lift up the carpet and look for water. Then if you can see, as far up the firewall as you can over the pedal.s
was pouring this morning and it died a few times. was barely sprinkling on my way home and the roads weren't terribly wet and it died 6 times in like 500 feet.... and now whenever it dies, the water in fuel light keeps coming back on
