Another update...the CEL never came on yesterday, but when i started my truck this morning it came on. Same P2139 and P2140...same 2 codes since this started the first time. Except now i clear them and they just come right back, although im driving around just fine again. For now
I also went under the truck and dielectric greased the connections on the fuel pump, the 3 on the little block just behind it, the 2 on the transfer case, 1 on the trans (not the big one on the right...worried it may get damaged if i try to take it off) and then the 1 thats like right below the firewall. I think thats all of them. They were all dry and non-corroded
I have a new ICP sensor from Riffraff diesel i need to install soon. What is the best way to accomplish that on an 03? I don't want to take the turbo out if i dont have too, since i need to do an oil cooler/install 05 intake manifold...i might go find someone with smaller arms than me haha
If you want to attempt the ICP sensor from the bottom, my suggestion would be to get your body as close to the motor as you can, it's quite a reach.
Its also possible to get it from the top. Remove the degas bottle and the FICM and you should have the clearance needed.
I did residential wiring for about a year and a half, now i plow snow and shovel roofs while going to school for a lineman internship. Im clueless when it comes to this truck though, not to mention i can't fit my hands anywhere. I never did too much with troubleshooting either, usually it was just blown up outlets or failed backstabs. I have a wiring diagram of the truck but im not sure what to do because it is working fine right now...
I just revved my truck up to 1200rpm with a sledgehammer and wiggled every wiring harness i could get my hands on, tapped on the pcm, anything i could think of. Nothing...

Aah, I was gonna give you grief and tell you to get our your Fluke and git'r'done!
Do you have any kind of a logging meter available?
P2104 APP Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Idle ---APP sensor, signal circuit shorted
P2122 APP Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D Circuit Low Input--- APP sensor, connections, open in signal circuit, signal circuit short to ground
P2123 APP Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D Circuit High Input--- Short to voltage, signal return open, APP sensor
P2127 APP Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch E Circuit Low Input--- APP sensor, connection, open in signal circuit, signal circuit short to ground
P2128 APP Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch E Circuit High Input--- Short to voltage, signal return open, APP sensor
P2132 APP Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch F Circuit Low Input--- APP sensor, poor connection, open in signal circuit, signal circuit short to ground
P2133 APP Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch F Circuit High Input--- Short to voltage, signal return open, APP sensor
P2138 APP Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D/E Voltage Correlation --- Difference in sensor readings
P2139 APP Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D/F Voltage Correlation --- Difference in sensor readings
P2140 APP Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch E/F Voltage Correlation --- Difference in sensor readings
Notice the two you are getting are the difference in circuit F whenever it's compared to one of the other 2 circuits.
So would you think circuit F would be APP 3? I see in the coffee table book there are 7 wires from the APP...APP 1 2 and 3 which go straight to pcm, vref which shares with map and baro I believe, vref 2, signal return, ground

Or am I thinking of this wrong
That would be my guess but not really sure what circuit # goes with what circuit letter.
That makes 7, you are thinking correctly.
Crazy as it sounds I am thinking firmware/software. There's nothing else left except for the connections from the APP to the PCM.
Has it ever acted up and/or had the codes on the stock tune?

the only thing you didn't re-construct was hitting it with snow or water , not that the engine bay would get wet but wheel wells or areas that would represent water Intrusion bottom side of Cam sensor and wires, possibly PCM and battery plate, still Brain storming
